Orders

An online or WhatsApp order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm it. If an item is out of stock we call before packing. Prices are in UGX and include VAT. Mobile Money payments count as received only when the network confirms them to us — a screenshot is not proof of payment. Receipts follow URA e-invoicing requirements. Gas cylinders are exchanged sealed; fireworks are sold in store only, to adults. Governed by the laws of Uganda.
